TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TELL METRO

1. With respect to the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and the Cypriot legislation on the Protection of Physical Persons and the Protection of Personal Data N.125(I)/2018, METRO FOODS TRADING LTD (henceforth known as METRO) rewards you for your preference, dedication and visit to our stores, providing you with the opportunity to win a voucher of €200.  Additionally, you have the choice to sign up and receive exciting news about METRO promotions, competitions via SMS or email. Through this Questionnaire, METRO intends to improve customer experience and the quality of its customer service.

2. RETAIL ZOOM LIMITED acts on behalf of METRO, as the “Processor”, to carry out the TELL METRO competition and questionnaire with accuracy, security and transparency.

3. The winner’s name and surname will be placed in TELL METRO’s website and/or METRO’s  social media for a period of six (6) months.

4. Once the six month period elapses, your personal information will be deleted from the “Processor’s” records.

5. To accomplish all the above, METRO’s “Processor” has to collect your personal data such as: your name and surname, email address, telephone number (optional), age, occupation and household and postal code and you have to complete the short questionnaire which follows about METRO.

6. METRO and its “Processor”, promise not to give your personal data to anyone without your prior consent.

7. You have the choice to revoke your consent, at any time, by sending an email to [email protected] with the title “REVOKE”.

8. Your personal data are being processed at the offices of RETAIL ZOOM LTD which are in Cyprus taking all the necessary measures.
